I'm a 31 year old "work from home" mom to 2 beautiful children & have been married for 12 years! I gained weight after each birth and four years ago was in a really bad car accident that left me in the hospital for one month and a wheelchair for three months. I am fully recovered now and it is even more important for me to stay strong and healthy to keep away from the aches and pains. After the accident I gained 43 pounds in addition to the baby weight I was already carrying. I have met several fitness goals that I never knew myself capable of doing (2 half marathons!) and know that I can and will do anything that I set my heart on. I have lost 30 lbs. so far and would like to lose another 30-40 lbs. Ultimately the number on the scale is not what's important but how I feel and how clothes fit.
(Note to self: take more pictures ... I had such a hard time finding a picture of me!)
