Back from Bear Lake!

Got back last night from Bear Lake and it was so NICE to sleep in my own bed. I dug right in today and did a strength workout (Cathe's Chest, Shoulders, Triceps). Felt good. I am ready to lose the rest of this 30 pounds and get started on the next 30!

  1. Good for you!!! Strength training seriously is such a great way to help your body lose weight. It's hard and is no fun but there are definate benefits. Thanks for planning that play date at the park the other day--it was fun to see you and meet your friends!
